How do you ensure the condition of the cards during shipping?

We take protection seriously. All individual cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader, then secured in a bubble mailer to prevent any bending or impact damage during transit.

Are all your trading card boxes factory sealed?

Yes, all booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and collection sets are guaranteed to be factory sealed and sourced directly from authorized distributors to ensure product integrity.

What is your return policy on TCG products?

Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market, we do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened, factory-sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

Can I request a specific card to be professionally graded?

While we sell pre-graded cards from PSA and BGS, we do not currently offer a grading submission service. However, we provide high-resolution photos so you can assess the condition before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay and Sezzle, allowing you to build your collection now and pay over time.
